• Account Info via Apple or Google Sign-In
• Device token for sending push notifications
• App interaction data (song starts/stops, speech evaluation, pronunciation listening, playlist edits, etc.)
• Voice input for pronunciation evaluation (processed locally, not sent to our servers)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to provide app functionality and improve the user experience.

4. Data Sharing

No user data is shared with any third-party service or organization.

5. Children’s Privacy

The app supports use by children and includes dedicated content for toddlers and early learners.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

User data is retained while the account is active. If a user does not renew their subscription for 12 months, their data will be permanently deleted.

Users can delete their accounts anytime. Deleted accounts may be restored within 3 months; beyond that, all data is permanently erased.

7. Security

We use reasonable digital safeguards to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Songuage, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

• Do not copy, share, or distribute lyrics or learning sheets
• Do not download or share songs illegally
• Do not share your Songuage account with others

3. Subscriptions

Songuage offers subscription plans. Subscriptions grant personal usage rights only and prohibit redistribution of any content.

Songuage subscription is auto-renewal subscription, on several plans: weekly, monthly, and annually For iOS users, if the user want to end the subscription, user can go to the Apple Account settings on the iPhone and cancel the subscription.

4. Content Ownership

All content, including songs, lyrics, posters, and learning materials, is the intellectual property of AAQSoftware. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Voice Tools Disclaimer

Songuage uses native device tools for voice input. AAQSoftware is not responsible for how Apple or Google may process this data.

6. Account Suspension

Accounts may be blocked or terminated for violations such as content sharing or account misuse.

7. Termination

Users may delete accounts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
